Yin Yang Yoga
A balanced practice combining dynamic Yang elements (active, muscular engagement) with passive Yin postures (long-held, connective tissue release). Yang sequences build heat, strength, and mobility, while Yin poses enhance flexibility, joint health, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, this class promotes holistic harmony—energizing the body and calming the mind. Props (blocks, straps, bolsters) may be used to support alignment and deepen relaxation.

融合陽性動態練習(主動肌肉訓練)與陰性靜態體式(長時間停留,針對深層結締組織)的平衡課程。陽性序列提升體溫、肌力與活動度,陰性體式增強柔韌性、關節健康與正念覺知。適合所有程度,促進身心整體和諧——既活化能量亦沉澱思緒。會輔以瑜伽磚、伸展帶或抱枕等工具,確保正位並深化放鬆效果。
