Gentle vinyasa-inspired movement that is friendly, inclusive and grounding. Perfect for beginners, those coming back to the practice after a period of time, or anyone looking for a deeper stretch and release.

We will spend time working with the breath and gently flowing through sequences together, holding some poses for longer to help release tension and increase mobility. The aim of these classes is to help you build confidence, strength and stability in a supportive environment.

Things to bring with you:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket (the thicker the better)
- Something comfy to wear that doesn't restrict your movement (leggings, joggers or pyjama trousers are perfect!)
- A bottle of water

Location details:
The yoga classes take place in the Rear Hall of the Bullingdon Community Centre. There is step-free access into and out of the building. Car parking is available on site.
