About So Hum Mindful Movement
Hi, I’m Louise.
My own relationship with yoga has grown into something much deeper than movement. It has become a way of coming back to myself — a place to pause, breathe, listen and create a little more space in a busy life.
I teach Embodied Yoga, Meditation and Mindful Movement, creating classes that are welcoming, grounded and accessible. I’m particularly interested in how our bodies and nervous systems respond to stress, and how practices of movement, breath, awareness and rest can support us to feel more connected and regulated.
My classes aren’t about achieving the perfect pose. They’re about noticing what is here, meeting ourselves with kindness and learning to listen inwardly.
I bring warmth, curiosity and a trauma-aware approach to my teaching, and I believe there is space for every body, every experience and every kind of day.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, I’d love to welcome you to So Hum.
Come as you are. There’s nowhere else you need to be.
