My classes are rooted in the belief that yoga should feel accessible, grounding, and supportive for every body. I love blending mindful movement with breath awareness, so students leave feeling both energized and deeply centered. Whether it’s through alignment-focused flows, gentle grounding practices, or moments of stillness, my goal is to create a space where you can listen inward, reconnect with yourself, and carry that calm into daily life.
🌿 My Background
I’ve been practicing yoga for 15 yrs and completed my RYT-200 this year .
Along the way, I’ve studied vinyasa, restorative, meditation, pranayama and I continue to learn from my teachers and students every day. Yoga has been my anchor through both challenges and joys, and sharing it with others feels like a gift.
