A welcoming Hatha practice designed for complete beginners and those returning to yoga. We’ll move slowly through foundational postures, breath and simple sequences, with plenty of time to explore alignment and find variations that work for your body.

No previous yoga experience is needed — just come as you are.

A special Yoga Nidra practice marking the turning of the season.

As we move through the Autumn Equinox — a moment of balance between light and dark — this practice invites you to pause, turn inward and consider what you are ready to carry forward and what can gently be released.

We’ll begin with grounding and breath before moving into an extended guided Yoga Nidra.
