Description
A morning hatha yoga class to gently awaken and energise the body, stimulate energy flow and remove sluggishness or stagnation. Suitable for all levels.
Class begins with centreing and grounding followed by gentle warming movements in supine. We then explore individual hatha yoga postures in more detail and take time to observe their effects inwardly. Short hatha-flow or qi-gong inspired flowing movements will help to gently build strength and improve the flow of energy.
Useful props: A non-slip mat, yoga blocks / cushions, a blanket or towel; a yoga strap or scarf.
