Description

A morning hatha yoga class to gently awaken and energise the body, stimulate energy flow and remove sluggishness or stagnation. Suitable for all levels.
Class begins in supine with plenty of time for centreing and grounding, followed by gentle warming movements in supine. We then explore individual hatha yoga postures in more detail and take time to observe their effects inwardly. Class may also include hatha-flow or qi-gong inspired flowing movement to improve energy flow.
Useful props: A non-slip mat, yoga blocks / cushions, a blanket or towel; a yoga strap or scarf.
