Description
This class explores yoga postures to gently build strength, improve balance and mobility.
We will begin in seated on the chair with some warming movements and seated sun salutations, connecting to body and breath, before moving on to explore standing postures, using the chair as prop. The class will end with relaxation, which you can do seated on the chair or lying down on the ground.
Props: A non-slip yoga mat, a hand towel, and a sturdy chair to use throughout the class - ideally one without arms if possible.
