Description
A lovely way to wind down at the end of the week. The class begins in supine with plenty of time to tune in and connect with yourself. We then explore gentle somatic movements to release tension in the body and mind. We then enjoy some yin and restorative yoga poses supported with props. Bring plenty of props if you can - cushions, blankets, eye pillow - and wear warm clothing for the ultimate cosy-fest.
This class is ideal for anyone wanting to down regulate their nervous system after a busy-week, for those facing health issues - particularly fatigue related conditions, and for those managing chronic stress, depression and anxiety. It may be suitable for people who have chronic pain, although this does vary from person to person so please do have a chat with me to see whether it would be suitable for you.
