I am super excited to announce the date of my next day retreat is :

Saturday Jan 7th 10-4 pm

I will be hosting again at the stunning @saintsgreen near Felsted, Essex. As soon as you walk into this space you begin to feel it's magic , a place to slip away from your everyday responsibilities .

The day will begin with a welcome cleansing shot followed by a 1.5 hr detoxifying yoga practice with myself .

Will will be enjoying a nutritious lunch in the meadow kitchen and then you will have some time to enjoy your surroundings .

The afternoon is going to be led by the wonderful @freshnesh_ as she shares her professional knowledge on
nutritional therapy and naturopathic remedies to support your well being .

The afternoon will conclude with a deeply restorative yoga nidra and herbal teas .

A day focussed on radical self care, ensuring you leave feeling clearer , calmer and ready to face 2023 with positivity .
