I started practising yoga over a decade ago, and what first began as an on-and-off relationship with the practice has steadily become a consistent, grounding part of my life. Yoga continues to draw me in through the power of breath, movement, and study, guiding me into deeper connection with my body, energy, and self in a way nothing else can. As a teacher, my intention is to create a space where you can explore your own path with yoga, whatever that looks like for you. I approach teaching with curiosity and openness, sharing what I learn along the way with honesty and respect for the roots of this practice, while embracing the uniqueness of your journey. My teaching style balances strength with stillness, physically dynamic, while mentally grounding, calm, and spacious. Together, we can explore how yoga can support us, not just in the way we move, but in how we connect both with our inner selves and the outer world.

Flow is a Vinyasa-style class that links breath with movement in a smooth, intentional sequence. Designed to energize the body and quiet the mind, this class guides you through creative transitions, postural alignment, and breath awareness, all set to a mindful pace.
Whether you’re building strength, enhancing flexibility, or simply moving to reconnect with yourself, Flow offers a space to explore your practice with presence and grace.
