This is a rest and digest class focusing on breathing and letting go. All levels are welcome! Props are highly recommended and poses are held for up to 10 minutes each. Props may include yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters or pillows, and yoga straps. Sound healing is a method using different instrumental tools that send off vibrations.
