Kim Hill
Kim Hill is a 200 hr RYT from Tampa, Fl. A working mom with two active boys, Kim is passionate about offering real-world applications of yoga principles to create more meaning and connection. She was drawn to yoga as a teenager, and through high school and college connected more with the physical aspect of the practice due to her dance background. Over the years, yoga became a deeper spiritual practice, creating more peace and grounding both on and off the mat.
Description
Start your Saturday morning in presence. Move through flowing sun salutations as the day awakens, building warmth and energy in your body while consciously greeting the light—both literal and within.
In the second half, settle into stillness and listen together to Kirtan-style sound. Your instructor will play the harmonium and offer some devotional chanting—think of it as a gift for your nervous system. Whether you join your voice or simply sit in the sound, this is a space to let gratitude rise naturally as you set the tone for your weekend.
Expect 40 minutes of gentle, intentional movement followed by 20 minutes of music and optional chanting. No experience with yoga necessary—just bring yourself and an openness to welcoming whatever this Saturday holds.
Please arrive up to ten minutes early. The doors will lock at the start of the class.
You are welcome to bring your own eye mask, a water bottle, and a journal. We provide blankets and bolsters for you.
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat. A small number of mats are available on-site if needed, but we kindly ask that you bring your own whenever possible.
