Welcome to SoulGround Yoga Yurt.
The Yurt is located at 8777 Cooper Hill Road, Metcalfe ON K0A 2P0. For those who are able, please park at the main house and walk down to the Yurt. Should you require a closer parking spot, please park on the lane by the Yurt.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Bring your mat (there are a few available if you forget or do not have a mat), water bottles optional, & it is recommended to dress in layers as the Yurt can get quite warm as we move together.
The Yurt has a quiet vibration of its own- a warm, circular space that holds & supports our practice together.
