Welcome to SoulGround Yoga Yurt.
The Yurt is located at 8777 Cooper Hill Road, Metcalfe ON K0A 2P0. Parking is available on the grassy area adjacent to the Yurt.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Bring your mat (there are a few available if you forget or do not have a mat), water bottles optional, & it is recommended to dress in layers as the Yurt can get quite warm as we move together. & please note when nature calls, the Yurt-Loo is just steps away.
The Yurt has a quiet vibration of its own- a warm, circular space that holds & supports our practice together. I look forward to welcoming you in,
