Leigh is skilled at breaking down the concepts and practices of yoga and meditation into simple, practical skills that can open the door to a full and meaningful approach to life. Whether the class is Restorative, Gentle, or in a chair, her classes revolve around a continuing journey of paying attention to our body and our experience with gentle curiosity and compassion. These skills lead to a more meaningful participation in our relationships with ourselves and with our loved ones.

Description

What to expect: Gentle stretching and warm up followed by poses to help build strength in the legs, hips, core, shoulders.. A combination of laying down, seated, standing movement. My goal with this class is to bring strength and fluidity to how we move in our lives.
