Stella began to practice yoga in 2015 when she felt drawn to try something new. She realised that yoga was not only a workout but also gave her peace of mind. As a supervisor in an international company, yoga was the tool she used to alleviate work pressure while allowing her to face challenges with a positive mindset. In 2018, Stella took her first teacher training with Angela Lohse, who showed her the world of kindness and encouraged her not only to be a yoga teacher but also to keep inspiring people in all ways.  She believes "ego" in yoga practice is a good thing to use as a means to create a balance between overexerting and knowing when to challenge oneself.  She aims to inspire her students to live a yogic lifestyle while cultivating kindness.

Description

Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the class start time via online booking system or the mobile application without incurring a fee or suspension of the booking privilege.

We reserve the right of changing instructors or cancelling group classes due to internal reasons or not meeting the minimum sign ups in each class.
