Flowing breath to movement this class will be a slow flow with full body stretches, where we will get the kinks out the shoulders, hips and legs. The goal of the class is to release some tension and stress in the mind and the body- hope you enjoy the class!

Vinyasa flow is a yoga practice linking the breath to each yoga pose as we move. This class involves strength building, flexibility, focus and concentration- a well-rounded full body flow leaving you feel energised!
