Description
This New Years Eve afternoon workshop will focus on the feet to get us ready to step into the New Year, to stand in our power and to move through life with more EASE and BALANCE.
Please NOTE: There is limited space for this in-person workshop. Please register soon to reserve your spot.
We'll work with a Kaiut Foot Therapeutics Sequence to create space and mobility in the feet and we will look at the Jin Shin Jyutsu energy centers in the feet to better understand how important limber feet are to our balance in body, mind and spirit.
What do you get when you mix and layer two complementary approaches to the body and self care?
You get a deep meditative and restorative practice imbued with the energetic blueprint of the Jin Shin Jyutsu practice and the biomechanical wisdom of the Kaiut Method.
Beth Molaro, our teacher, is steeped in the exploration of these two kindred longevity practices. One from Japan and the other from Brazil, these two practices both work from the joints to unleash restrictions and stagnant energy, to calm the nervous system, to ease stress and trauma held in the body, to harmonize body and mind and to free our spirit.
