Terra and Aziza are collaborating in a Bloom into Inversions Mini Workshop just in time for the changing of seasons and a revival of blooming energy offered Monday by Terra, March 28. Both teachers will be present Thursday, March 31. We will explore the benefits and skills of being upside down. From downward dog and beyond, we will create a space to converse, practice, and explore inversions! This is available to Members of the studio and Non-Members Drop In @ $20.
