Class will begin on time. Please arrive early to settle in, bring your own mat and props when possible.
Class size will be respectfully limited to 11 students allowing for physical distancing + an instructor.
An eclectic series compiled from many somatic techniques; ideokenesis, Feldenkrais, Pilates, yoga and ones own inner exploration.
