Terra and Aziza are collaborating in a Bloom into Inversions Mini Workshop just in time for the changing of seasons and a revival of blooming energy offered Thursday April 14 for a second offering. Both teachers will be present to offer their insight and years of experience. We will explore the benefits and skills of being upside down. From downward dog and beyond, we will create a space to converse, practice, and explore inversions! This is available to Members of the studio and Non-Members Drop In @ $20.
