Its spring time; an invitation to renew and inform our practice with the Yoga Sutras, the 8 limbs of yoga; reviewing theory and practice of ideokenesis & the 9 lines of movement. We will explore all this in the vocabulary of the “healthy back /thigh socket series” and how they inform basic yoga postures.
