Tara is a colorado native, who spread her wings and spent 10 years away on the west coast exploring the practice of yoga and teaching. She has returned to the nest to share it with you.
Description
4-4:45 PM - Yoga (Slow Flow)
5:00-6:00 PM - Sound Healing
45 min all levels slow flow to move energy through the body. Followed by 60 min sound healing to integrate and receive.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle along with any desired props for relaxation (eye mask, blanket, etc).
Raising funds to support Soil Studio, donation based event (suggested $20-30)
