Description
Breathe smoothly while moving mindfully. Classes usually start with simple breathing techniques followed by slow nourishing movements and relaxing, restorative poses. Expect sequences which flow smoothly from one posture to another, as well as postures which are held to restore, realign and recharge both mind and body.
