A slower-paced class suitable for beginners and those who wish to relieve stress, gain flexibility and calm the mind. We will take our time in stretches, explore grounding and balancing postures, practice gentle core strengthening, fascia release (using tennis balls), and breath awareness. The class is taught in a mix of English and Swedish.
***Please note that there needs to be a minimum of 3 people to run this class due to rental fees at the space. If there aren't enough signed up by 19:00 on Thursday the night prior, the class will, unfortunately, be canceled. An email will be sent to you in this case. Thanks for your understanding!
Dynamic and steady-paced Vinyasa Flow focused on building heat and strength. The class is accessible to all levels, but a basic understanding of chaturanga transition is helpful (high plank, low-mid plank/chaturanga, up down to down dog). After our flow, we will often spend a few minutes with breath and in meditation/stillness.
