After registering for class you will receive a Zoom link to join live. You will also receive a recording of the class which will be active for 48-hours after class. So, if your schedule should change you can still practice!

The LIVE (In-person) option is held in the awesome party room space at Park Tower 5415 N Sheridan Rd. If you are a non-resident the doorman will direct you to the 2 Floor party room. Take the elevator to the second floor. (NOTE: there is a stairway door just east of the elevator banks that you can use as well).

We will bring slow movement and fluidity to our practice. Gaining strength and balance and explore longer holds with sun salutations for a refreshing and energizing practice.

Suitable for beginners but with some challenges for others.
You always have the option to observe and go into a rest or child's pose
at any time.

This class is designed to bring a balance between effort and non-effort. Longer holds + flowing movement with breathing and meditation will refresh, release old energy, and bring calmness to the mind.

It's good to hydrate 30-mins before class to give your body time to absorb the water. Try to avoid large meals 2 hours before practice.
