We will explore inversions, arm balances, and some advanced forward bends, backbends, and twists. Different stages, variations, and alternatives for more advanced poses will be taught to accommodate students of all levels. If you are really new to yoga, please schedule a complimentary consultation with Gretchen before attending your first class. For the best experience, please have the following yoga props: 1 mat, 1 yoga strap, 2 wooden or cork blocks, 3 blankets, and a chair. Have access to a wall on camera if you can but anywhere is fine.

A recording of this class will be emailed within ~24 hours of class and available for home practice for 7 days.

These playful, 30-minute sessions focus on joint-specific strength training and movements that enhance range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Whether your goal is improved performance in the gym, on the yoga mat, or you just want to move with more ease and less pain in your daily life, these classes are for you. All skill levels are welcome.

Suggested yoga props - 1 yoga mat, 2 wooden or cork blocks, 1-2 yoga blankets, 1 yoga strap, and a sturdy chair of any kind. We'll be moving around quite a bit. Clear some space or be near a hallway.

Suggested strength building props - resistance bands and resistance band loops.
