The Half Primary Series Led Class is a simplified version of the first half of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.
This class is a slow pace Led Class designed especially for beginners that wish to get a feeling of the meditative flow where breath and movement are synchronized in one unique human being.
The room is located in the Bergheimerstrasse 147, just in front of the tram stop Betriebshof, inside the Landfried complex.
