During the Led Class the teacher will not show the postures but only guide verbally the students through the Primary Series of the Ashtanga yoga practice according to the traditional vinyasa count.

The Led Class is accessible to those students that have already a knowledge of the practice up to half Primary series.

It is not required to practice the entire Primary series, each student can stop any time and move to the Finishing postures.

This class will be held online via Zoom and the link will be sent 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the class.
