The aim of the Private Yoga Class is to provide a 75 minutes space completely tailor-made on the needs of the student within the frame of the Ashtanga Yoga practice but not limited to that.
The class could span from working on specific yoga poses to developing specific skills such as arm balances and handstands.
Body awareness, mobilization and breathing exercises are also offered.
A therapeutic approach to the class is offered in case of injuries of chronic pain.
Cancellation is only possible up to 12 hours prior to the class, otherwise the entire amount will be charged.
