A class for mums + babies from *6 weeks postpartum. Designed to take you from early postpartum through to returning to high level exercise - whenever that may be. This 60 minute, low impact class focuses on pelvic floor, core and glute strength as well as all over body awareness and mobility.
*Clients may start sooner than 6 weeks with prior clearance from a womens health physio - please ask.
** Join us after class for an optional cuppa + 15 minute chat where Emma will take you through a topic related to postpartum recovery.
