A mat-based Pilates class with a little extra pelvic floor focus, courtesy of Emma's background working in pelvic health. This class focuses on building core, glute and of course pelvic floor strength as well as all over body awareness and mobility. A perfect low-impact class that can be tailored to all ability levels.
