A really gentle Hathayoga class for the days when you don´t really feel like training at all. Hathayoga, just like internal arts like qi-gong work more on your circulation and internal energy. It´s not hard external workouts but part relaxation that really benefits our body´s internal work with repairs, digestion, circulation, creation of energy and regulation of our nervous system.
