Terry has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. He was trained Baptiste style in Boulder, CO. Terry also has a massage therapy background and offers hands on adjustments if wanted and needed. Terry’s class will will focus on connecting the mind and body together.
Description
This is a 75 minute heated Baptiste style yoga flow with Terry Class will be 80-85 degrees.

IHP is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training ( HIIT). Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. It is an intense - yet approachable - full body work out designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. I It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. With zero impact, you will protect your joints & pounding of other exercises like running or jumping.
This class is performed in a warm room with ventilation, set to fun upeat music, a light show, and 60 minutes in length. All classes are suitable for everyone. Gabriella Walters, founder of IHP, makes sure us instructors know that every exercise we do has variations that are appropriate for the beginner. Simply do your best, every day, in every way you will feel it!
