Tasha Drake Tasha completed her Yoga and Pilates training in 2022 and is excited to share her love of movement and mindfulness with others. She creates classes that are energizing, balanced, and welcoming to all levels. Outside the studio, Tasha is a chemistry professor at Stillman College and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Description

Cozy up with Tasha and get ready to chill, stretch, and relax. It’s the perfect end of the day class and you will be ready to head home and fall asleep. Come in your pj’s if you like.
This all levels class is 45 minutes and the instructor will start you in a resting pose to prepare you for class and then lead you through a series of stretches that you will hold and sustain for a longer period of time to work into connective tissue and fascia. Not too deep, just perfect. You may use blankets, foam roller, blocks, straps, and bolsters in this class.
