It’s a great way to start the day especially if you have a long work day ahead or about to go on a run, bike, golf, etc.
This is an all levels class and 45 minutes.
😉😄Please note!!! The instructor cannot perform miracles, the key is consistent practice!!!

Kim Wyatt
Kim is bringing MELT to Studio Seven6 Yoga and she cannot wait to teach you!
She has over 15 years pilates experience and owns her own studio in Northport, AL called Pilates by Kim
She has been teaching MELT since 2021 and heard about it early in her Pilates teacher training. They were discussing different props that could be used in Pilates mat classes, like foam rollers and elastic bands, and her teacher made the comment that if we ever had a chance to take a MELT class, we should. She said it was very eye opening, and left it at that. She was curious about it from then on.
In 2020, a friend of Kim’s became an instructor and let her take a virtual class with her and was instantly hooked! MELT filled in movement gaps that Pilates can’t and it helps alleviate pain! She was seeing so many clients who couldn’t get passed pain points to even do fundamental Pilates that she was coming close to referring them to occupational or physical therapists.
MELT changed all that. Now she has the skills, understanding, and tools to help her clients find greater ease and efficiency in their bodies, address pain symptoms, and restore mobility to joints and connective tissue so Pilates becomes pleasurable again. It’s been the best addition to her teaching practice to date.
As a movement teacher, She need to take care of herself and MELT helps her do that. It’s like being her own manual therapist. She wakes up with aches and pains, too, and if she has been standing a lot during the day and changing equipment and helping clients, her neck, shoulders, and low back pay the price. In two minutes, she can do a MELT sequence that undoes all that repetitive movement and restores fluid flow to my joints and tissues. Consequently, she is less stressed, sleeps better, and I feels stronger and more resilient.
