I'm Madhuri, a professional Indian yoga teacher. I have done my masters in yoga from India. I have been interested in and practicing yoga for over 10 years.
Master's degree in Yogic Arts and Science, possessing complete mastery and knowledge of correct postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, purification techniques, mudras, slokas, and mantras.
-Specializing in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa yoga styles, I can teach this style to people of all ages.
my method of teaching focuses on strength training and flexibility.-Well-versed in relaxation and breathing methodologies and their principles.
