I'm Madhuri, a professional Indian yoga teacher. I have done my masters in yoga from India. I have been interested in and practicing yoga for over 10 years.
Master's degree in Yogic Arts and Science, possessing complete mastery and knowledge of correct postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, purification techniques, mudras, slokas, and mantras.
-Specializing in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa yoga styles, I can teach this style to people of all ages.

We start with fluid, energising movement, awakening the body, warming the muscles, and activating the breath. As the practice unfolds, the pace softens, guiding you into longer, more passive postures that invite release, stillness, and inner listening.
This balance between action and rest helps to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space — both in the body and the mind.
Open to all levels, this class invites you to explore the balance between doing and simply being.
