PT - Arminda é professora de yoga baseada nos ensinamentos tradicionais, com formação de 200h e 300h em Hatha e Ashtanga Yoga em Goa e Rishikesh, 50h em Vinyasa Yoga com Rocky Heron, 50h em Yoga Restaurativa na London Yoga School e 1600hr em Hatha e Yoga Terapia no Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. Atualmente, continua os seus estudos com Stewart Gilchrist. As aulas da Armindyoga oferecem uma abordagem dinâmica e consciente à prática — por vezes energéticas e fluidas, por vezes lentas e profundamente restaurativas, sempre guiadas com intenção. Enraizadas na autêntica tradição indiana do yoga, mas ao mesmo tempo modernas, inclusivas e acessíveis, as suas aulas convidam praticantes de todos os níveis a explorar não só o movimento, mas também as dimensões mais profundas do yoga. Através da filosofia yogui e das práticas subtis de prana, bandhas, respiração ujjayi e drishti, os alunos são incentivados a cultivar consciência, força e equilíbrio interior. A Armindyoga trabalha em diferentes estúdios e ginásios em Lisboa, levando a sua experiência a diversos espaços e comunidades. Ao longo do seu percurso, ensinou também em Londres, Berlim, Itália e na Índia, enriquecendo a sua prática com influências internacionais e uma ligação profunda às raízes do yoga. She is currently continuing her studies with Stewart Gilchrist. Armindyoga's classes offer a dynamic and mindful approach to practice — sometimes energetic and fluid, sometimes slow and deeply restorative, always guided with intention. Rooted in the authentic Indian tradition of yoga, yet modern, inclusive, and accessible, his classes invite practitioners of all levels to explore not only movement but also the deeper dimensions of yoga. Through yogic philosophy and subtle practices of prana, bandhas, ujjayi breathing, and drishti, students are encouraged to cultivate awareness, strength, and inner balance. The focus is on fundamental principles of alignment, helping you develop awareness, stability, and clarity in each posture. You’ll also be introduced to the basics of pranayama, creating space to connect breath and movement in a simple and accessible way.

Whether you are new to yoga or already have an established practice, this class offers the opportunity to slow down, refine details, and deepen your understanding of the practice from the ground up.
