Niro Thapa
My name is Niro a Hatha yoga teacher from Nepal, passionate about sharing the authentic roots of hatha yoga.
My formal training journey started in 2010 at Patanjali Yogpeeth( Haridwar, India) under the guidance of the revered modern of Hatha yoga, Swami Ramdev. To deepen my practice, I travelled to India in 2012 to pursue my Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala.
For over a decade and a half i have guided students through Sivananda style Hatha and mindful Hatha flow, helping them find balance, strength and inner peace
" In my sessions, I invite you to connect deeply with your breath, build steady physical strength and experience the profound sense of peace that traditional yoga brings
