Teodora Mindful Yoga
I am Teodora, a trauma-informed teacher in Hatha, Yin Yoga, Self-Inquiry meditation and Prenatal and Postanatal. My experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when I discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made me want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. Later on, I developed my own teaching approach in Sweden and Portugal, in both Hatha and Yin classes, teaching to a variety of groups of people of different ages, backgrounds and level of experience in Yoga. Last year, I graduated from a 85-hour intensive course in Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga with Lauren Prindiville and I am happy to be able now to share a sustainable and holistic Yoga practice for new moms and moms-to-be. In my classes, we will explore the benefits of asana practice, pranayama and meditation, focusing on our own personal journey, listening to the body's needs and becoming aware of possibilities according to individual anatomy and patterns. Finally, working actively with the breath will become an incredible tool to explore in order to cultivate presence, compassion and regulate our nervous system as we navigate this beautiful and complex chapter in our lives.
