Descrição

This class offers a welcoming, grounded space to explore the foundations of Hatha Yoga. It is a focused session where you can step away from your day, center your mind, and engage with the structural alignment of classic asanas. The practice moves at a manageable slow flow pace, allowing you to focus on the mechanics of each shape, and learn how to stay comfortable in an asana, aligning mind, body, movement and breath. It’s a class for you to show up for yourself as you are.
