Amy Joseph
Originally from London, Amy understands the importance of finding moments to slow down and reconnect with yourself amidst our busy modern lives. Her own yoga journey began as a way to create that space, growing into a deeper practice with the breath, meditation and self-connection. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, Amy moved to Lisbon to share her love for yoga and explore different approaches to wellbeing. Her classes weave together dynamic, breath-led movement, moments of stillness and the opportunity to experiment with longer holds, always encouraging students to meet themselves where they are. Amy’s warm and inclusive teaching style creates a supportive space to explore with curiosity whilst listening to your body, finding your own rhythm. Alongside her love for mindful movement, she also facilitates sound and energy healing. Her classes are grounded in the ethos that yoga is your own practice and can be a space to cultivate strength, confidence, calm, and connection, both on and off the mat.

PT
