Sunny has over 500hrs of teacher training and over 3000hrs of facilitation.
She has trained and taught internationally since 2016.
She also offers Reiki Certification and Retreats.
Description
Together lets welcome the new season of summer with movement, meditation, breath and sound. This class will include modified and full sun salutations. We will explore the significance of 108 and end with some restorative yoga, reiki and sound healing.
