She has trained and taught internationally since 2016.
She also offers Reiki Certification and Retreats.
Description
In this 5 week series we will meet in The Yurt every Monday at 6pm, therefore it is a 5 week commitment. Series are theme based which will include different styles of gentle yoga, (like hatha, yin, & restorative) reiki, vibrational sound immersion, massage, divinity cards, yoga theory, and tons of love.
The classes are open to beginners and all props are included for your practice.
Come with an open mind and leave with a healed heart.
The Yurt is heated with a woodstove so please dress in layers.
