Description
This is a beginner friendly 4 week series that can be done with your romantic partner, best friend, or sibling (anyone you want to strengthen the bond with). We will discover different breath work, play with some partner poses, recieve sound & reiki energetic healing, learn about the power of affirmations, and just fill up our love tank!
This is a 5 week commitment and you would be joining as a pair.
The Yurt is heated with wood so please dress in layers and arrive with an open mind .
All props are provided.
