She has trained and taught internationally since 2016.
She also offers Reiki Certification and Retreats.
Description
This is a beginner friendly 4 week series. We will discover different breath work, asana, recieve sound & reiki energetic healing, learn about the power of affirmations, and just fill up our love tank!
This is a 4 week commitment.
The Yurt is heated with wood so please dress in layers and arrive with an open mind .
