Yoga Sculpt-dynamic yoga workout that incorporates resistance interval training aimed at building lean muscle mass. Combining free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify yoga poses.

Align and Define- focusing on body weight, exercises are performed to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning. Gentle enough for beginners with added progression for those seeking more of a challenge.

This practice is great for all levels! We will begin with some gentle movement, flow, and stretching to get the blood flowing. Than ending with yin which slow moving, more passive, practice that stresses the deeper tissues of the body. Yin is both gentle, and yet a challenging practice. Poses are held for 3 – 5 minuets. More time in each posture gives way to restoring the body towards a natural state of softening and letting go.
