Teagan is a yoga teacher, creative, and founder of Sunroot Wellness — a community-centered space rooted in intentional living, mindfulness, creativity, and connection. Her teaching is inspired by the foundations of classical Hatha yoga, with an emphasis on breath, presence, and creating balance between movement and stillness.
She believes yoga is for everybody and strives to create welcoming, grounded classes that support both physical and emotional well-being. Her approach blends mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and gentle encouragement, offering students a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move with greater awareness.
Beyond yoga, Teagan is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together through wellness, creativity, nature, and community. From workshops and journaling circles to mindful social gatherings and family centered events. Through Sunroot, her intention is to cultivate spaces that feel inspiring, supportive, and deeply human.

Join us for a calming and reflective Full Moon Yoga + Intention Setting experience beneath the energy of July’s full moon 🌕 This special class will begin with a 45-minute all-levels yoga flow designed to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and create space for reflection through mindful movement and breath.
Following practice, we’ll transition into a gentle guided journaling and intention setting session inspired by the themes of the full moon, a time often associated with clarity, release, gratitude, and emotional awareness. This experience is an invitation to slow down, check in with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and inspired.
No prior yoga or journaling experience is needed. Please bring a journal if you have one, and come as you are.
