Teagan is a yoga teacher, creative, and founder of Sunroot Wellness — a community-centered space rooted in intentional living, mindfulness, creativity, and connection. Her teaching is inspired by the foundations of classical Hatha yoga, with an emphasis on breath, presence, and creating balance between movement and stillness.
She believes yoga is for everybody and strives to create welcoming, grounded classes that support both physical and emotional well-being. Her approach blends mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and gentle encouragement, offering students a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move with greater awareness.
Beyond yoga, Teagan is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together through wellness, creativity, nature, and community. From workshops and journaling circles to mindful social gatherings and family centered events. Through Sunroot, her intention is to cultivate spaces that feel inspiring, supportive, and deeply human.

Description
Crafts & Cocktails: Clay & Calm is a cozy creative evening centered around slowing down, creating with your hands, and enjoying the process. In this beginner friendly workshop, guests will use air dry clay to sculpt their own personalized pieces, from jewelry dishes and incense holders to mini vases, magnets, wall hangings, and other organic-inspired creations.
Throughout the evening, inspiration photos and creative guidance will be available to help spark ideas while still leaving plenty of room for self-expression and experimentation. No prior experience is needed. this workshop is all about creativity, play, and enjoying a mindful night of making in a relaxed community setting.
Guests will also enjoy cocktails/mocktails, music, and cozy conversation while creating. At the end of class, each person will take home their clay pieces in a protective to-go box along with paint and a brush to decorate their creations once fully dry at home. All materials are included.
